November Wine Tasting

Join us on November 16th from 5 -8 PM as we welcome our friend Roxi from Carroll Wine and Spirits in for another great wine tasting.  That's right, Roxi twice in one month.  This tasting will be all about getting your wines lined up for Thanksgiving.

Here is the lineup:

  • Serena Sweet Italian Red A fun, slightly sweet wine to be served slightly chilled. A perfect match for desserts or for sipping

  • Raymond R Collection Chardonnay -  The R Collection Chardonnay is a beautifully crisp Chardonnay primarily fermented in stainless steel tanks, providing a nice alternative to the heavier oaked Chardonnays.

  • Chateau La Baume Costieres de Nimes - This wine is a blend of 50% old vine Carignan and 25% each of Grenache ans Syrah vinified in stainless-steel tanks and aged in cement cuves for 12 months.

  • Brassfield Eruption - A rich and intense wine with aromas of dark berry, sandalwood and cocoa giving way to jammy, ripe and expressive flavors. Layering the palate with supple tannins, it is elegant and well balanced; a true reflection of renowned winemaker, David Ramey.

  • Noval Black Port - This is a revolutionary new port from one of the world's legendary estates. For this unique Port, all grapes harvested are crushed by foot in granite lagares and crushing is done in small lots for better control and to pinpoint quality.

  • Smooth Ambler Old Scout Bourbon - 6 and 7 year old barrels with a high rye content of 36%, this fine whiskey has exceptional taste and smoothness. Non chill filtered, non carbon filtered. A robust 99 proof, it’s strong, but deliciously drinkable like all of Smooth Ambler’s offerings. Bold, sweet-spicy flavors with subtle apple, cherry and tobacco aroma.

This is a free event and open to the public (21 and older of course)
