Three Floyds Fantabulous Resplendence XI

Three Floyds "XI" Anniversary Ale-IPA infused with jasmine.  A celebration for their 11th anniversary

Issaquah Bullfrog Ale

An American style wheat beer and an Issaquah Brewhouse origina. Light in color and body and served with a lemon, Bullfrog is crisp, refreshing and goes down easy. Take a flying leap!

Bullfrog Ale took the Silver Medal at the 2004 Great American Beer Festival in the American Wheat category.

Eugene Tracktown Triple Jump Pale Ale

Offering a hop-heads paradise, this unfiltered Northwest-Style India Pale Ale introduces a big floral hop character to the aroma, flavor and finish. Hops, Hops, Hops from front to back but nicely offset with a malty richness that prevents this ale from being overbearing. Tracktown is made from 100% Floor Malted Maris Otter, 100% Northwest Amarillo Hops, Free Range Coastal Water, and absolutely No Chemicals, Additives, or Preservatives.

Eugene 100 Meter Red Ale

100 Meter Ale is an anniversary brew celebrating the 100th batch of beer by Trevor Howard. Combining two of his award winning recipes, Natty Red and and Track Town IPA, this ale features the best of both. Rich aroma, mildly floral and big with a smooth finish! 100 Meter is made from Pale, Munich, Crystal, Chocolate and Carastan malts, with Chinnok, Simcoe, Centennial, Palisade, and Cascade hops, with a dry-hopping of Amarillo hops.

Eugene 200 Meter IPA

200 Meter IPA is a true Northwest IPA. Light and golden, almost orange in color, with a primary focus on hop flavor and aroma. 200 Meter is brewed with 8 ingredients: Horizon, Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe hops and balanced with Northwest Pale and Munich malts, Free Range Coastal Water and Top Fermenting Pacman Yeast.

Two Brothers Oh Brother Tripel

This crisp, straw-colored ale is blessed with a host of spicy and fruity aromas. We brew it from pilsener malt, candy sugar and some very non-traditional hop choices. But hey, we never said we were monks. We're just brothers.

Two Brothers Bare Tree Weiss

A Little later than its normal December release, This unique Barley Wine Style beer is brewed iwth 57% wheat, 43% barley, and German hops. We boil the 25.2 Plato wort for three hours. Then we start the fermentation with our Hefe Weizen yeast and finish it with a Scottish Ale yeast. Bare Tree is then oak aged for over one year before its release. The resulting product is extremely complex with flavors of caramel, melon, apricot, vanilla, oak, black pepper, and subtle banana. The flavors come in large part from the raw ingredients and this will vary from year to year. Bare Tree is ready to drink now, but like wine, will age in the bottle for the next several years. So, whether you decide to enjoy a bottle now or wait many years, the Two Brothers family offer a toast: "With every bare tree lives the promise of a new life."

Mikkeller All Others Pale

as in 'All Others Pale By Comparison' - is our cheeky take on an American tradition, but naturally with a Danish touch. It is a well-balanced, light-bodied thirst quencher, perfect after a hard day's work or on hot summer days...but loads of fresh green hops and a subtle malty background make this pale ale the refreshing choice year 'round!

Stone 12th Anniversary Ale

Our Anniversary Ale this year stems from 2 pilot beers that were brewed by members of Team Stone. The first was Jeremy Moynier’s incredibly delicious Oatmeal Stout, and the second was Jake Ratzke’s amazing homebrewed Imperial Stout that had authentic Oaxacan chocolate added to the boil. We loved both beers so much that we decided to combine the recipes to make this year’s Anniversary offering: Stone 12th Anniversary Bitter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout. This beer pours deep black with a rich brown head of foam. The aroma is dominated by roast malt and cocoa. Upon tasting, the cocoa (we used unsweetened, unprocessed cacao sourced through our friends at Chuao Chocolatier) really comes through with a deep chocolate flavor and a long lasting bitter finish. The roasted grains used add coffee and licorice accents. It is a thick beer, but not sweet, with the addition of oatmeal in the mash providing a rich, silky mouthfeel that adds to the creamy texture.”

Original Sin Hard Cider

Original Sin was born out of the NYC experience. The founders, all NYC'ers, came to see the need for a superior cider, a cider that was clean and complex with a noticeable bite. The quest to create the perfect recipe encompassed both day and night. Day was spent in upstate in a winery, tasting, testing and mixing. Nights were spent in NYC bars, getting feedback from bar owners and patrons.

Allagash Hugh Malone

Hugh Malone Ale’s base includes English two-row malt and pale crystal malts, establishing an understated sweetness. To give Hugh Malone its hop character we use generous portions of Simcoe hops at three points in the brewing process. This 8.5 % ABV ale has a malty palate and a pronounced bitterness. It has a pleasant dry, hoppy finish.

Shiner Bock

A distinctive, rich, full-flavored, deep amber-colored beer with an inviting smooth taste without excessive bitterness.

New Amsterdam Gin

New Amsterdam™ Straight Gin is a Dutch style gin. Distinctly smoother, and with crisp citrus notes.

Brooklyner/Schneider Hopfen Weiss

In July, Drexler brought his yeast to Brooklyn and brewed Brooklyner-Schneider Hopfen-Weisse, choosing the American Amarillo and Palisade varieties for the dry-hopping. Now you can taste the result, the latest beer in our Brewmaster’s Reserve series. The beer has a full orange color and the aromatics pair the banana and clove notes from the Schneider yeast with the mango and citrus qualities of the hops. The bitterness is robust but balanced, and the beer has a clean, hoppy finish.

Mark West Chardonnay

Playful fruit flavors of papaya, and pears complimented by apple pie spice and vanilla oak aging.

Mark West Pinot Noir

Exposed wild strawberries and plump raspberry aromas.  Juicy flavors of red cherries and plums with a silky smooth texture.

A to Z Pinot Gris

Bright pale yellow color hints of aromas suggestive of citrus fruits, acacia and lime blossoms, lychee, minerals, honeysuckle, white peaches and nectarines.

Sauvion Muscadet

Light, easy to drink, thirst-quenching, Muscadet Sèvre et Maine (Sèvre and Maine being the two rivers crossing the Muscadet region) is known as "healthy wine" due to its lack of residual sugar (close to zero) and its moderate alcohol content of 12%. It is the perfect refreshing wine with spicy food. Its iodine aroma brought by the ocean breeze is an ideal complement to Japanese cuisine.
