Lucid Absinthe

Introducing Lucid, Absinthe Supérieure. lucid represents a breakthrough product for the U.S. market, as it is the first true, Grande Wormwood-based Absinthe of its type since before prohibition. Unlike imitators in the U.S. and many of the so-called "Absinthe" products that litter the international markets, lucid is crafted directly from select whole herbs, including Grande Wormwood, and never from cheaper assemblages, macerations, extracts or oils

Brewdog Paradox

We set about to unite two of Scotland proudest heritages and produce a product which combined all that was good about Scotland’s whisky producing history and our contemporary take on a traditional Scottish style of stout. The distinct flavours of these whiskies is beautifully infused into the beer giving a unique and unrivalled experience for both beer and whisky lovers.

Left Hand Chainsaw (Double Sawtooth)

Our latest offering attempts to address an old saying that has plagued mankind since its inception. Many times we've heard, "more is not always better". Invariably the person on the receiving end of such a statement scowls at the ramifications. Here at Left Hand we realize that life cannot be reduced to or understood in absolute terms. Our latest addition to our lineup attempts to take exception with such broad statements about the human condition. Chainsaw is a connoisseur version of our award-winning Sawtooth Ale, designed to befuddle silly generalizations about life. We hope you enjoy!

Mikkeller Jackie Brown

A brown ale brewed with: water, malt (pilsner, munich, crystal, brown, pale chocolate and chocolate), flaked oats, hops and ale yeast. Had it been Quentin Tarantinos heroine Jackie Brown, she would probably have said, »Shut your raggedy ass up,« and that would have been that. But this is Mikkellers Jackie Brown and it’s somewhat more mildly mannered.

Mikkeller Big Worse Barleywine

A barley wine brewed with: water, malt (pils and caramunich), candy sugar, hops (nugget, cascade and centennial) and ale yeast. Big Worse is the long awaited big brother of the small test brew Big Bad Barley Wine. The idea behind Big Worse is still to make a simple yet heavy barley wine - just like it’s smaller brother. But this time both the alcohol and bitterness has been pumped up!

Struise Mikkeller (Elliot Brew)

A hoppy blonde brewed with: water, malt, hops, candy sugar, ale yeast and spices.
Mikkeller's first collaboration brew. Brewed together with our good friends from Westflandern – Carlo, Urbain and Phil from De Struise Brouwers. The beer was created in the spring of 2007 to create a symbol of our close relationship. We choose to cross a heavily hopped Mikkeller beer with a strong blonde – Struise style. From this came the hoppiest beer brewed in Belgium!!!

Mikkeller 黑 (Black)

This imperial stout is the crasiest, wildest, strongest beer from Mikkeller to this date. Not for sissies! Sample it fresh or store it for many years to come. Peak will be in 1-3 years from bottling date.

Haandbryggeriet Norwegian Wood

is our recreation of the most traditional Norwegian beer of all. Once every farm was
required to brew its own ale (and many still do), all of that ale had a natural smoky
taste from kilning the malt over open fire, and most of it was spiced with juniper twigs and berries.

Haandbryggeriet Dark Force

is as far as we know the only wheat stout in the universe. This is a true wheat beer made from   mainly wheat malt and lots of dark roasted malts, our house wheat yeast and plenty of both bittering and aroma hops to create this unique and tasty beer.

Nøgne Ø Porter

Dark malts provide flavors of coffee and dried fruit. Recommended serving temperature 10°C/50°F. Try with dark chocolate, cheese, or red meat dishes. Ingredients: Maris Otter, Munich, caramel, black malt, and chocolate malt; Centennial and Northern Brewer hops; English ale yeast, and our local Grimstad water.

Nøgne Ø Stout

We think the Russian tsar would have liked his stout this way. A dark, rich ale in which a generous sweetness with roasted malt bitterness. Serving temp.10°C/50°F. Great with vanilla ice cream or dark chocolate.

Nørrebro North Bridge Extreme

North Bridge Extreme is the brewers gift to Anders on the 1 year anniversary for the opening of Nørrebro Bryghus. It is inspired from the South-West Californian triple IPA's. It is brewed on English ale-malt, adjusted with different colormalt and spiced with enormous amounts of hops. A dark golden extremely bitter ale with a distinct hop aroma.

Ølfabrikken Porter

A dark and rich porter inspired by the Baltic porters traditionally made in Scandinavia. Roasted without being burned or bitter, with the flavor dominated by dried fruits and vinous notes. High amounts of residual sugars and a fruity aroma makes this beer the perfect companion for chocolate desserts, if served lightly chilled. Brewed on Maris Otter ale malt, British Brown Malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, two types of caramel malt and brown sugar. Unpasteurized and unfiltered like all our beers of course.

Slaapmutske Triple Nightcap

Slaapmutske tripel is a golden blond beer of top-fermentation with refermentation in the bottle. To brew this beer of 8,1 alcohol Vol% pale and colored barleymalt is used. The fresh aroma and the spicy taste are due to the use of 2 very aromatic hop varieties. The mouthfeel is malty and ends in a full-flavored bitter after-taste. The refermentation provides a fine and creamy foam that sticks to the glass.

Struise Pannepøt Danish Version

Pannepøt (read Pannepeut) is a beer specially brewed and named as a wink to the Danish market presented at the Danish beer festival 'Københavnske Øldage 2006' exclusively at Ølbutikkens stand. It is produced to express the brewers gratitude to all the Danish beer amateurs that drink their products daily. Pannepøt has later been available from draught and bottles at bars and shops in Belgium & Denmark. Since winter 2006, this beer's popularity kept growing in Belgium at such a level that the production today equals Pannepot.

Struise Struiselensis

This blonde and slight sour ale is the result of a research combining Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Pediococus Cerivisae from Wyeast and some skills out of the Wild Woesten.

Hitachino XH

Strong Belgian Brown Ale matured in distilled Sake barrels.

Grieskirchner Hefe-Weizen

A beer for those who love outstanding and excellent wheat beer flavor. Traditional and time consuming brewing method. Brewed in a small Austrian brewery in upper Austria.

Brasserie des Rocs Grand Cru

from Brasserie Des Rocs has a rich, complex fruit aroma of cherries, golden raisins, peaches, and assorted dried fruits, laced with honey and caramel. The taste is smooth with rich flavors reminiscent of cherries dipped in caramel, finishing with notes of chocolate, roasted almonds, and a hint of molasses.

Brasserie des Rocs Triple Imperial

from Brasserie Des Rocs has a very dark color. The taste is fascinating, soft with enormous scale of flavors due to the several different types of barley used. This excellent and very elegant appetizer feels like it is made exclusively for kings and emperors.

St. Bernardus Wit

from Brouwerij St. Bernard is a traditional Belgian white beer developed and brewed in collaboration with the legendary Master Brewer Pierre Celis. This ale is very pale (whitish-yellow color) and quite hazy. The head is white and dense. In aroma, it has a wheaty, apple-like, tartness; herbal-spicy notes with coriander and orangey fruitness and honeyish sweetness.

Val Dieu Grand Cru

from Brasserie De L'Abbaye Du Val-Dieu is the latest addition from Cistercian abbey of Val-Dieu, has a deep dark color, is quite oily and spicy, with aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and port wine; finishes slightly dry.

Aktien Brauerei Buronator Dopplebock

Brewed from Aktien's old secret recipes since ancient times, this double bock is dark in color with a delicate malt flavor. Rich in body and a well rounded hop composition, makes this a truly robust beer. Bock beer lovers will take delight in Aktien's contribution to the double Bock beer world.

Weltenburger Barock Dunkel

A dark export beer. A speciality of well-balanced richness and fine elegance. World Beer Award 2004.

Bernardynski Mead

Bernardynski Royal Mead is a delicious, warming alcoholic beverage made from honey. This traditional drink originated over a thousand years ago in Northern Europe. This mead is made in Poland from a 1:3 proportion of water and honey, with chokeberry juice and spices added. It tastes like semi-sweet wine and is excellent with dinner, or as a dessert drink.

Bell's Oberon

An American wheat ale made with European ingredients. Belgium wheat malt and Czech Saaz hops provide a spicy, fruity balance to this seasonal ale.

Sierra Nevada ESB

Our ESB blends the best of English tradition with the boldness of West Coast style. A blend of malts featuring British-grown Maris Otter is balanced with the earthy spiciness of hand-selected English and US hops. The ale is left unfiltered which enhances mouthfeel and hop aroma creating a slightly reddish copper hue.
