Dansk
Mjod Viking Blod
Brewed based on a recipe from about year 1700, and the ingredients
are pure and 100 pct. natural - guaranteed free from additives of
any kind. Honey is the major and most important item in the recipe.
Deus
Brut des Flanders
St Feuillien Cuvée de Noël
Glazen Toren Cuvée Angélique
Pale amber in color (slightly darker than a pilsner) as brewers
tried to copy the color of pilsner in a top fermenting ale. Later
the color became darker as pilsners became very common to prove that
the style is something special.
La Rulles Cuvée Meilleurs Voeux
A Belgian Tripel brewed with Dark Candi Sugar and
Warrior, Amarillo and Cascade hops (that's quite a hop load for
Belgium!)
Schlenkerla Rauchbier Weizen
Saison
de Pipaix
Saison d'Epeautre
Christoffel Gift Set
Contains 1 bottle each of Christoffel Bok and Christoffel Blonde
with a Christoffel branded glass.
De
Proef Knock Out (K-O)
The name says it all. This fabulous golden ale will knock you on
your can. But K-O delivers more than just an alcoholic punch in the
face – this is real beer, with pure malt and hops, body and
character, not just a metric ton of fermented candi sugar.
De Ranke XX Bitter
XX Bitter is a very weighty beer, aggressively brewed to be the
hoppiest in Belgium. Some more delicate palates are put off right
away. Those warriors who accept the challenge, and take time to sort
through the barrage of sensory impressions, usually end up loving
it.
Ellezelloise Hercule Stout
"The Hercule is considered by many to be a classic – very
malty, but dry, with a hint of sweetness in the finish, and
perfectly hopped. It has a very distinctive and intoxicating spicy
aroma of fresh spruce that suddenly, irresistibly, fills the room
when the swing-top is released. This unique house character probably
derives from the strains of yeast used by the brewery – and
possibly from the fermentation in oak – because the beers are made
entirely of malt and hops, without any spices or sugar."
Gouyasse Tripel (Goliath)
Goliath is 9% alcohol by volume, a little more red in the face
than your average tripel (almost an amber, really), nicely balanced
with a bracing hop note versus a solid malt wallop. Goliath is the
only Tripel in Belgium that is all-malt – without any sugar or
other additives in.
Haandbryggeriet Dark Force
Dark Force is creamy and velvety, but the addition of plenty of
malted wheat gives this stout a crispness and drinkability that
belies its considerable alcoholic strength. Be forewarned: this
Imperial really strikes back.
Kerkom Winterkoninkske
Brewed with juniper berries and a touch of lavender, but neither
overwhelms the flavor of this splendid winter offering from Kerkom,
a classic Belgian farmhouse brewery.
La Choulette Culottes
It is a golden brew, much esteemed for its rich, enticing
champagne-like bouquet, and its rewarding flavor is slightly fruity
and delicate, yet deep and fully satisfying.
Mikkeller
Black Hole
Black Hole is what Mikkeller is all about. Daring, vulgar and
extreme. From the very beginning Mikkeller's goal has been to push
the limit and with this warming, intense imperial stout, a new
chapter in the Danish beer history has been written. The high
bitterness from the hops and the sweetness from the malt and
alcohol, creates a good balance which makes Black Hole an explosion
of nuances, but also leaves a feeling of a perfect and complex beer
– in the heavyweight category.
Mikkeller
Santas Little Helper
A quadruple brewed with: water, malt (pilsner, special-B and
caraaroma), flaked wheat, syrup, dark kandis, dark muscovado sugar,
hops (northern brewer, styrian golding and hallertauer) and ale
yeast. A couple of sips of this dark, Belgian-inspired ale put the
Christmas stress in a whole new perspective.
Nøgne
Ø Imperial Stout
Ølfabrikken Porter
A dark and rich porter inspired by the Baltic porters
traditionally made in Scandinavia. Roasted without being burned or
bitter, with the flavor dominated by dried fruits and vinous notes.
High amounts of residual sugars and a fruity aroma makes this beer
the perfect companion for chocolate desserts, if served lightly
chilled. Brewed on Maris Otter ale malt, British Brown Malt,
chocolate malt, roasted barley, two types of caramel malt and brown
sugar. Unpasteurized and unfiltered like all our beers of course.
Spezial Rauchbier
De
Ranke Guldenberg
A strong blonde ale of about 8.5% alc. by volume that claims
vaguely to be an “abbey” beer, Guldenberg bears no resemblance
whatsoever to any Tripel you may have sampled, except in color
perhaps. It is very hoppy and malty (though not quite as assertive
as De Ranke’s XX Bitter). A wine-loving friend of ours pronounced
it “too good to be beer.” We’ll just say that Guldenberg shows
just how good beer can be.
Ridgeway
Curious Collection
Contains 4 different holiday themed beers from England.
This year's collection contains the following: Reindeer Revolt, Warm
Welcome Nut Brown Ale, Santa's Butt Porter, and Lump of Coal Holiday
Stout.
La Moneuse Speciale Winter
A very festive and hardy holiday ‘saison’ home-made at
Belgium’s smallest family brewery. Extra rich for the holiday
season, at 8% alcohol by volume.
Christmas in Belgium Gift Pack
Contains 5 different Belgian beers. Here is this year's
lineup: Pere Noel, Zinnebir X-mas, Serafijn Christmas Angel,
Winterkininkske, and Kerstmutske.
Erdinger
Gift Pack
Contains 2 different Erdinger beers and a Erdinger Weizen
glass. This year's gift set contains 1 each of their
Hefeweizen and their Dunkel Weizen.
Boulder
Never Summer Ale
Left Hand Snow Bound
is a spiced strong ale, using all natural ingredients to give it
its festive nature. We brew this beer from a relatively high initial
gravity to give it strength and body. This is (in our opinion)
appropriate to a winter beer, and it helps to balance the numerous
spices added. Honey is also added to increase fermentable sugars and
give additional sweetness. Northern Brewer and Saaz hops are used
sparingly, to allow the spices to evidence themselves. We add ground
nutmeg, whole cloves, crushed cinnamon, orange zest and chopped
ginger to spice the beer. Carbonation is kept low to accentuate the
flavor of the beer and spices. It's like a liquid cake. Brew water
is relatively soft.

Schlafly Reserve Bourbon Barrel Stout
Schlafly Reserve Barrel-aged Barleywine

Rouge
New Holland Pilgrim's Dole
Pilgrim’s Dole is a barleywine-style ale made with fifty
percent wheat malt, or what we at New Holland call a wheatwine.
Pilgrim’s Dole blends warming and slightly sweet flavors with a
unique caramelized character. It would be an excellent accent to
nutty dishes, fruit crisps or creme brulee.
Bell's Two Hearted 5 Liter Mini Keg
India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the
Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this
beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma. Now available
in 5 Liter mini-kegs.
Dark Horse Tres Blueberry Stout
Number Tres - A full bodied stout made with all malted barley and
blueberry. Flavors of chocolate, roast malt and light blueberry make
up the palate with lots of fruity blueberry aroma.
New Holland Cabin Fever
A malty brown ale from New Holland.
Ommegang Chocolate Indulgence
Chocolate Indulgence comes with a thick tan head of foam resting
on top of the rich onyx-colored liquid. The aroma immediately speaks
of dark chocolate and dark malts. The gentle herbal nose of Perle
hops compliments the darker notes, making the beer savory to the
senses.
