New Holland Night Tripper

Night Tripper is an Imperial Stout brewed for a Fat Tuesday release. Dark, mysterious and poetic, Night Tripper's abundance of roasted malts, combined with flaked barley create a rich, roasty beer with deeply intense and lush flavors. Night Tripper's layered, nuanced tones invite intrigue and reward a curious palate.

Stone Old Guardian

A beautiful bold barley wine. Massive malt and hop notes. Silver Medal winner at the 2000 Great American Beer Festival in the Barley Wine category. Gold Medal winner at the 2002 World Beer Championships in the Barley Wine Category. Look for it in the first quarter of each new year. Can be cellared or enjoyed upon its release.

Hofbrau Kindl Weissbier

Yellow-gold colour which receives a noble haze through the yeast in the bottle fermentation, crowned by a fine-pored, blinding-white stable froth a freshly poured Münchner Kindl Weissbier is truly a genuine splendour to behold. ...The nose sniffs a fruity, flowery scent like wheat and yeast a taste which is confirmed in the first sampling.

St. Bernardus Abt 12

is a traditional abbey ale brewed in the classic style of Belgium's Trappist Monks. It is almost ebony in color, smooth, creamy and full bodied with big richness of texture that is almost oily and very assertive, like a warming coconut brandy.

St. Bernardus Prior 8

is a traditional abbey ale brewed in the classic "Dubbel" style of Belgium's Trappist Monks. It has a ruby to purple color, smooth, creamy richness of texture that is almost oily, and a malt-fruit complexity reminiscent of coconut.

St. Bernardus Tripel

is a traditional abbey ale brewed in the classic "Triple" style of Belgium's Trappist Monks. It has a pale amber color with a wonderful head, slightly sweet aroma of rosewater, and the orangey-grassy flavors of Styrian hops in the finish.

Duchesse de Bourgogne

is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. After the first and secondary fermentation, the beer goes for maturation into the oak barrels for 18 months.

Val-Dieu Triple

is a triple ale from Cistercian Abbey du Val-Dieu with a color of golden plums, very delicate aroma, nutty, clean maltiness, and a drying finish reminiscent of garden mint.

Van den Bossche Buffalo Stout

is dark, almost black, top fermented Belgian style stout. In 1907 "Buffalo Bill's" Circus from the US played on the town square of Sint-Lievens-Esse. The brewery workers arranged for a young apprentice to watch over the brew kettels. He did, but he forgot to stir and Buffalo was born. The New Buffalo was created to commemorate 100th Anniversary of that event.

Caracole Nostadamus

is a very complex artisanal Wallonian brown ale, rich, warming, little piquant in the mouth with liquorice, mocha flavors, pear and toasted bread background notes, perfect after-dinner drink or night cap.

Brasserie des Rocs Brune

is a pure malt beer with no sugar added, 7 types of malt are used and 3 different kind of hops. It has a rich, complex fruit aroma full of subtleness. The taste has an impressive depth with oily development throughout the mouth. It is a deep, mystic and extremely mature beer.

Weltenburger Asam Bock

A classic example of the German doppelbock style, pouring a lovely, rich mahogany brown colour (with a creamy, tan head), and immediately revealing the large quantities of roasted malt at its heart. Caramel, chocolate, toffee and coffee aromas are most apparent, with nut, spice and dark fruit notes adding to this complex brew’s appeal – especially on those cooler nights. Its flavour is just as rich, sweet, spicy and satisfying, making the Asam-Bock a full-bodied favourite amongst dark beer devotees.

Allgäuer Cambonator Doppelbock

Malty and smooth. Very good. Medium thickness overall. Light bock taste to it - much lighter than most dopplebocks. Hearty. One of the most drinkable dopplebocks around

Lost Coast 8 Ball Stout

Not for the faint hearted! Our stout rewards the palate with robust flavor of roasted malts (malts are roasted like coffee beans) and heavy hops. A creamy smooth surprise.

Lost Coast Indica IPA

A hoppy full bodied beer, crisp and clean. Made with generous amounts of Columbus, Willamette and Centennial hops.

Lucifer

A Belgian golden ale. On the nose it is lightly hoppy and yeastily spicy, with faint caramelly malt notes and a touch of citrusy and estery fruit. The head tastes extremely bitter, as is often the case with this style. Surprisingly fruity, but with a strong hoppy bitterness. There is a warming, malty, vanilla quality to it, which develops into an alcohol kick towards the end. Secondary fermentation in the bottle.

Sierra Nevada Bigfoot 2008

The 25th Anniversary batch! Sierra Nevada Bigfoot is an award winning example of the English Barley Wine style. It boasts a dense, fruity bouquet; an extremely rich, intense, bittersweet palate; and a deep, reddish-brown color. This ale is superbly balanced between an almost overpowering maltiness and a wonderfully bittersweet hoppiness.

Leinenkugel Big Butt Dopplebock

Big Butt is a malty, rich, full-bodied bock beer brewed with two-and six-row pale and specialty malts and two specialty hops.

Michigan Brewing High Seas IPA

Our interpretation of a legendary style ale is not for the timid. Assertively hoppy and dangerously seductive. A skillful blend of three premium barley malts with generous amounts of Northern Brewer and Cascade Hops creates a special ale to satisfy even the most demanding palate.

Rowan's Creek 12 Year Old Bourbon

Rowan's Creek takes its namesake from the creek that still runs through the distillery. Rowan’s Creek is stored in charred oak barrels and aged 12 years. It is hand bottled at 50.05% alc./vol. (100.1 proof).

Cakebread Chardonnay

Another long awaited arrival, displays fresh, forward, ripe Granny Smith apple, pear and melon fruit accented by mineral, subtle yeast and warm oak spice tones. Full and lush on the palate, with a mouth-filling texture, its multi-layered apple and pear flavors are enriched by subtle yeast and toasty oak tones that extend into a very long finish.

Yard Dog Red

Very fresh, with a silky texture and no rough edges to the sweet red berry flavors. Finishes with notes of spicy cherry and sweet mocha. A great value.

Babcock Pinot Noir

Babcock's "Rita's Earth Cuvée" is the winery's answer to what might be called the Sideways effect.

Samantha Starr Pinot Noir

This delicious Pinot Noir is a deep ruby in color with very good clarity and brightness. The nose is of strawberries, raspberries, and cedar with a hint of smoke.

Hullabaloo Zinfandel

The 2005 Hullabaloo displays a classic briery, jammy nose with further aromas of spice and pepper as it unfolds. Flavors of sweet black currant and raspberry dominate the palate showcasing powerful ripeness, impressive textures and well-integrated oak.
