Antique
Bourbon Collection
Whiskey fans rejoice! Buffalo Trace Distillery’s
2006 Antique Collection is here:
Sazerac Rye 18 year-
Two time winner of the “American Whiskey of the Year” award, the
whiskey for this year’s release has been aging in Warehouse K on
the first floor. The first floor enables the
barrels to age slowly and gracefully. This vintage has the same
mature spicy taste as years
past.
Eagle Rare 17 year-
These barrels were distilled in the spring of 1988 and have been
aging in Warehouse Q. This whiskey was actually 18 years old at the
time of bottling giving the palate a touch of
caramel and a hint of leather.
George T. Stagg-
This year’s George T. Stagg was found on the eighth floor of
Warehouse I. It was distilled back in the spring of 1990 and weighs
in at a healthy 140.6 proof! This whiskey is bold with the character
of sweet dark chocolate—classic George T. Stagg.
William Larue Weller
-
William Larue Weller is the Antique Collection’s uncut, unfiltered
wheat recipe bourbon. The barrels were aged 12 years on the fifth
floor of Warehouse M. This year’s William Larue Weller registers
at 129.9 proof. At barrel strength you can really taste the
wonderfully sweet and rich flavors of the wheat recipe.
Thomas H. Handy
Welcome the newest edition to the Antique Collection – Thomas H.
Handy. This whiskey is named after the New Orleans bartender who
first used rye whiskey to make the Sazerac Cocktail. The barrels
were aged eight years and five months on the eighth floor of
Warehouse K with a proof of 132.7. This whiskey has been produced in
response to consumer requests for a well-aged, barrel strength
whiskey. It’s full of rich flavors like candied fruit and
allspice.

hint of hazelnuts, and a finish reminiscent of mocha and toffee. No
spices, just a perfect blend of five specialty malts.
Rogue
Santa's Private Reserve
Rogue's annual holiday offering, Santa's Private
Reserve, is a variation of the classic Saint Rogue Red, but with
double the hops--including Chinook, and Centennial, and a mystery
hop called Rudolph by head brewer John "more hops" Maier!
He'Brew Jewbelation 11
Their 11th Anniversary Ale, brewed with 11 hops and
11 malts and weighing in a hefty, you guessed it, 11% ABV.
Samuel Smith Selection Set
A Beer lovers's dream gift. This one contains
1 bottle each of Samuel Smith's Nut Brown, Oatmeal Stout and Pale
Ale.
Samuel Smith Winter Welcome
Throughout history, beer of somewhat higher alcohol
and richness has been enjoyed for the winter holidays, when old
friends get together to enjoy the season. Wassail, a festival to
celebrate winter and the beer that goes with it, predates the
Christian era. Winter Welcome is vintage-dated with a special label
each year.
Robert Hall 2004 Vintage Port
This rare blend of four traditional Portuguese
grapes – 35% Souzão, 30% Alvarelhão, 22% Touriga, and 13% Tinta
Cão produces a classic vintage port. Deep ruby red color, with rich
brambleberry aromas accentuated with tones of spice and licorice. A
burst of berry fruit flavor with a velvet smooth finish of spice and
tobacco.
Crown Royal Cask Number 16
With its cognac finish, Cask No. 16 combines the
luxurious taste of cognac with the flavorful and lingering taste
experience of Crown Royal to form an incredible new liquid.
La Posta Malbec
Vibrant red color with aromas of red cherries,
raspberries, and blueberries wafting from the glass along with notes
of soft caramel from the oak. On the palate, the fresh berry flavors
mingle with spice notes in the finish.
Crios Malbec
The aromas are a mix of fresh crushed cherries and
toasty/smoky oak—just enough to frame the exuberant fruit. On the
palate, the flavors of cherries and spice are obvious, and the jammy
fruit quality just keeps coming on strong, with hints of spice
lurking in the background.
Asombroso La Rosa Tequila
The first Bordeaux barrel aged tequila. From your first sip to the
last, an explosion of taste and fragrance, inundates your senses.
Asombroso El Platino Tequila
Opening nose emits zesty scents of fennel, licorice, anise and dried
herbs; aeration brings out off-dry elements of milk chocolate, agave
juice, olive brine, rye bread and green olive. Palate entry is
peppery and astringent then at midpalate flavors of sweet pepper and
ripe agave meld.
Greene King Abbot Ale
Greene King's flagship brand Abbot Ale is a favourite with the
nation's discerning beer drinker. An iconic beer, Abbot is brewed
for longer in a traditional way in order to achieve its world famous
distinctive taste.
Lazzaroni
Sambuca
Lazzaroni Sambuca is a sweet, strong liqueur, whose base consists of
essential oils extracted through steam distillation of the seeds
from the star anise with the addition of a concentrated sugar
solution and natural aromas.
