The Straffe Hendrik Heritage is a special version of the well-known Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel. The dark and heavy beer is allowed to mature for more than a year in oak casks in the brewery’s cellars, which date back to the Middle Ages. This gives the beer a very complex flavor. The tannins form a harmonious unity with the rich aroma’s & taste of the special malts.
