Tequila
Tequila
is
a spirit that is only produced in two regions of Mexico and that
is made from a minimum of 51% of distilled blue agave sap. Blanco
Tequila is
white (silver) clear tequila. Reposado tequila
is a gold colored tequila that has usually aged between 4 - 18
months years in oak casks and flavor is added to give the tequila
spice and color. Anejo Tequila
means "aged" tequila in Spanish and is usually aged in
oak casks for 2 - 4 years and is 100% made from blue agave.
